Mina has been working with children, families, and early childhood professionals for 23 years. Before joining ELM, she directed child care centers in Washington state and was part of Washington’s early work implementing statewide quality standards for childcare and preschool. So, she feels right at home working directly with childcare providers participating in ELM’s Preschool Promise program. In her work, Mina is all about building effective collaborations that lead to better quality care for every child.
