Molly Day

Molly has a master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) and 26 years of experience supporting children and families facing challenging life circumstances. She has worked directly with families, supervised teams of social workers, directed programs, led community organizing efforts and advocated for state policy improvements. Throughout her career, she has studied how systems—from foster care and K-12 schools, to mental health and child welfare—interact with the children and families they are intended to serve. She is committed to learning from and listening to families to inform ELM’s work, every day.
