Amanda is a seasoned social worker with a background in early childhood education and development. Social work is in her blood (her mom was a social justice worker) and, after experiencing some of the complexities of the social service system herself, it became her mission to help others navigate the system and advocate for change. Amanda is committed to racial equity in the early learning world and to pushing for system change that will have a positive impact on children and families of color. As a certified professional organizer, she brings order and efficiency to everything she does, making her the perfect fit for managing ELM’s reporting and results across investments.
